Hess Educational Loan Fund

Application Procedure

Applicants must submit the following:

  • Completed application form
  • Two letters of recommendation from adult non-relatives
  • Most recent educational transcript(s)

Current borrowers requesting a loan renewal must submit only a transcript or current grade report.

Application Deadline Dates:

  • April 15 - for summer term
  • June 15 - for fall term
  • November 15 for winter/spring term
